To ensure efficient service, we ask our visitors to arrive at La Bodeguita Pier – Gate No. 3 at 7:20 a.m. It is mandatory to bring the corresponding port fee of COP $36.500 per person in cash (which includes COP $31.500 for pier tax and COP $5.000 for medical insurance).
Reservations are guaranteed until 8:20 a.m. on the day of the day trip. We recommend punctuality to avoid any issues, as the estimated return arrival at the dock is 4:00 p.m.
Cancellation and Refund Policies

If a customer cancels the reservation at least 24 hours in advance, they can request a refund of 80% of the amount paid, as the remaining 20% ​​covers administrative costs.
